Aqua Strength and Flexibility uses the warm water pool to encourage flexibility and range of motion, while using the natural resistance of the water for strength training. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

We suggest wearing aqua shoes for comfort and safety. Participants must be independent and medically stable.

Registering in a class meeting in the Fitness Center will automatically include the "sale" of a free ($0.00) class access pass that permits the registrant to swipe and enter the fitness center door. A yellow banner at the top of your registration page will appear announcing this. Please continue and complete your class registration. You are not being charged any additional fees.
