Monthly Monday Yoga is a vinyasa-style yoga class that focuses on the connection between breath, movement, and the mind. Class begins with a meditation intension setting, followed by gentle movements and poses to ease into the practice, then builds into standing sequences and balance postures of energizing movement, and ends with restorative, relaxing stretches to leave you calm and ready for your day. Throughout class you will work on balance, strength, flexibility in body and mind. Modifications are offered to allow you to work at whatever level you are in at that moment.
Participants should be able to get up and down from the floor and bear weight on their hands.
