Zumba is the exercise class with the motto "Ditch the workout, join the party!" This fun and energetic class fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic aerobic workout. No dance background necessary - just the willingness to move and have fun! The routines feature intervals of fast and slow rhythms to get you moving instantly. Appropriate for all fitness levels. Participants in this class must be independent and medically stable.
