Join us for our family-friendly music festival in Makanda, IL from October 10-12! We are seeking artisans, crafters, and vendors of all kinds, however vendors who can add an experience to our festival are given preference. Vendor setup spaces are located outdoors along the festival sidewalk to form a "vendor alley" for participants. The spaces are 12x12 or 12 x 24. Tents, tables, and chairs are NOT provided by Touch of Nature for this event. Vendor Alley will be open to the festival as follows: Friday, 3PM-8PM, Saturday, 9AM - 7PM, and Sunday, 9AM - 3PM. Each vendor is required to remain open for business until the end of the Vendor Alley hours. Keeping a booth open outside of these hours is up to the discretion of the vendor. Setup will be allowed from 7AM - 9AM daily, with Friday access starting at 12PM. This event is rain or shine, and vendor spaces are outdoor only. Please plan accordingly. Booth locations are assigned by Touch of Nature administrative staff. Requests for specific spaces are taken into consideration, but cannot be guaranteed. Tables, chairs, tents, electrical cords, and lights are not provided. Booths are welcome to remain set up overnight at the discretion of the owner; TON will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise. Booth Fees: Single (12x12) $50 + $5 processing fee/ Double (12x24) $75 + $5 processing fee - fees are for the entire weekend. The fee covers admission to the festival for 2 individuals working the booth. Additional individuals must purchase a pass. Please direct any questions to ton@siu.edu.
