CoeDynamics small group Pilates Core Challenge sessions will offer personalized attention and diversified Pilates equipment, leaving no muscle behind. Offered with one week for make-up classes. Choose 1 class per week. Schedule as follows: Monday at 11am, Tuesday at 8:45am, Friday at 10am or 11am.
