The Shaolin Golden Leopard forms were created approximately 1,000 years ago by a warrior monk. The forms teach attack combinations of 4 to 8 very rapid hits, and are famous for their extreme speed. In addition to the speed, the forms teach to attack vital points on the body. The speed combined with pressure point attacks made these forms some of the fiercest throughout their 1,000 year history. During this seminar you will learn the first road of the Shaolin Golden Leopard System. In addition to learning the form, you will learn how to use the combinations taught in the form, along with practicing them with a partner.
