For experienced ceramic artists. Bring your own bisque pieces and supplies. Kiln firing included (limits apply). Share tips, explore glazing techniques, and create in a supportive, peer-led studio environment.
Additional Information
  • Intended for experienced ceramic artists
  • Must provide their own bisque projects, material and tools
  • No greenware projects or firing of greenware
  • Clear glaze and a selection of basic glazes will be provided
  • Kiln firing included with limits set by the coordinator
  • Firing specialty glazes require pre-approval
  • Items fired at own risk - MAC/City Employees/Class Coordinator not responsible for kiln misfiring
  • Active attendance in the class is required for kiln access
  • Students are responsible for cleaning their work area
  • No money exchange in the classroom or building
  • Please limit food to personal snacks; no pot-lucks
