Let's focus on fitness! Join us on a guided fitness hike with a professional coach that incorporates functional fitness movements along the way. This class is great for those wanting to work out and get fit in the outdoors. Emphasis is placed on proper technique, pacing, and fueling the body during the hike. No equipment needed but do bring water to hydrate. Wear clothing that allows for movement.
