We’re excited to welcome your students to the California Yacht Club for our new sailing program in partnership with Westside Neighborhood School! This program is designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of sailing while building confidence, teamwork, and a love for being on the water. Please make sure your child comes prepared with the following items each week: • Clothes that can get wet (a long-sleeve top is recommended for sun protection) • Towel • Sunscreen (applied beforehand, with extra packed if needed) • Water shoes (or shoes that can get wet – no flip flops, please) • Sunglasses and a hat Pickup: Parents can pick up students at 5:30 PM in our Sailing Classroom. Once you pass through the main gate, head toward the left end of the parking lot—our classroom is located next to the big top tent, between the pool and pickleball courts. We look forward to welcoming your sailors to the California Yacht Club and sharing an unforgettable experience on the water!
