This program is designed to improve Middle School athlete’s individual skills, coordination, speed, agility, explosiveness, and game conditioning for basketball. Athletes will explore the game through fun exercises and mini-games in a fast-paced environment. Some of the topics will include improving dribbling, individual and small group offense, and defending (1-on-1, 1-on-2, 2-on-1, 2-on-2, 3-on-3) scenarios. In addition, on-court awareness and decision making will be a critical component of the program. Campers should bring a water bottle, wear comfortable athletic clothes, and sneakers.
