PC International BreadsIn this fun, hands-on bread-baking class, adult-child pairs will learn (or refresh their knowledge of) the basics of bread-making, including techniques for measuring, proofing, mixing, kneading, and baking a variety of popular and traditional yeast and quick breads from different cultures around the world. They will make the following breads and will also get to take some home with them to share and enjoy later: Irish Soda Crackers; Par?oa Parai (Maori frybread from New Zealand); Tapalapa (West African-style baguettes); and Japanese An Pan (filled sweet rolls).
