This course is designed to offer a unique learning system that provides students with level learning in all topics, including daily life experiences, stories of cultural and historical significance, poems, and idioms, while focusing on speaking, reading, writing and listening in a Chinese-environment setting including cultural celebrations and festivals with food and tea activities. Such an extended exposure to Mandarin will be of great benefit to those who intend to continue with Mandarin studies. It is also a good practice for preparation for standardized tests such as HSK. Students will have an online book club reading account.
