Wushu (sport) has been gaining increased recognition by prestigious schools recently. In our Wushu (Kung Fu)/Gymnastics Sports Team, we teach self-defense, Chinese Martial Arts, sparring, discipline, team-spiritedness, gymnastics, whole body exercise and balance, plus an opportunity to attend annual Wushu tournaments in California & New England and perform at events such as a Wizards NBA game at Capital One Arena in DC. All members must have an approved uniform and other equipment.
