About this event
Designed for players on or interested in joining the Adult Tyson’s Cup C Team and NVTL C Team. Levels 3.0+ These practices focuses on developing purposeful stroke mechanics, consistency, footwork, court awareness and introduces winning strategies for doubles match-play. We will be implementing situational doubles drills so players know which types of shots to hit in different circumstances.
