Open to All Students – Boys and Girls Welcome! The first two classes are on November 24 and 25th. The third class will be on December 1, and the last class will be on December 15th—no class on November 8th due to a conflict. Following the proven ABCS method (Agility, Balance, Coordination, and Strength), students will participate in a fun and engaging class that builds essential skills for sports excellence and everyday confidence. What Students Will Learn: Through age-appropriate exercises and activities, students will develop: Agility – Quick footwork and directional changes Balance – Core stability and body control Coordination – Multi-directional movements and hand-eye skills Strength – Safe, proper techniques using age-appropriate weights Endurance – Cardiovascular fitness and stamina Speed – Explosive power and acceleration techniques Equipment & Training: Students will work with professional-grade equipment, including agility ladders, mini hurdles, training cones, and adequately sized weights. All equipment is selected specifically for youth development and safety. Faith-Based Component: Each week includes an inspiring Scripture lesson and devotion, connecting physical development with spiritual growth. Students who memorize and recite the weekly Scripture verses will earn a special Scripture Achievement Medal at the session's conclusion. Recognition & Celebration: All students completing the session receive an Achievement Medal A special parent presentation and awards ceremony take place during the final class. Parents are invited to watch their child's progress and celebrate their accomplishments. Instructor: This class is taught by Coach Omar Ruvalcaba, who brings expertise in youth athletic development and a passion for building character alongside physical skills.
