Classes will include traditional Karate exercises including jackknives and push-ups. Learners will participate in warm-up exercises, introduction of katas and will practice the techniques learned. They will gain flexibility, coordination, posture and stamina. Please bring Sweatpants and shirt allowing freedom of movement during the first class. Karate Gi (uniform) will be required for continued classes. Belt testing and ceremony will be conducted at the end of each three-month term.
