Join seasoned yoga teacher, pyschotherapist, and Mindful Outdoor Guide, Julie Kaus for a nature connection experience at one of Frederick’s favorite parks known for its native wildlife, charming walking trails & a cozy nature center.Connect with nature through: Gentle Movement, Breathing & Centering Exercises, Walking with Awareness, Nature Meditation, and a Sharing Circle. We will be moving slowly & comfortably with the simple intentionof letting nature be our guide to:• be present through sensory awareness• remember our connection with the living earth• restore balance between modern day living & the pace of nature• use nature to ground, regulate & self sootheOnce registered, directions & additional details for the day will be sent.
Ages 13+ can attend if accompanied by a registered adult.
