You are one step closer to becoming a Milpitas Teen Center member! The Milpitas Teen Center is located at 40 N. Milpitas Blvd. and is open from 4pm to 7pm on Mondays through Fridays. After creating your membership, please visit the Milpitas Teen Center during business hours to create your scan card. You're almost done! To complete this process please 1) Click the Add to Cart button 2) If you already have an ActiveNet account, please login. 3) Click the Add to my Cart button 4) Select Participant (Your Teen's name) and press Continue 5) On the next screen press Continue again. 6) Verify that you understand the waiver by providing your initials and check box. If you don't have an ActiveNet account, please create an account. 1) Enter Teen Center in the Search box in the middle of the screen. On the left side of the search box please use the drop down menu to change it to Memberships. 2) Click Add to Cart button 3) Click the Add to my Cart button 4) Select Participant (Your Teen's name) and press Continue 5) On the next screen press Continue again. 6) Verify that you understand the waiver by providing your initials and check box.
