Description

This low impact aqua class is designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. Use the buoyancy of the equipment and the resistance of the water to target all muscle groups. You will leave feeling refreshed, stretched and energized! You do not need to be a swimmer for this class. Class cancellations due to inclement weather will be announced through Rainout Line. (SM)
