This aqua class combines the benefits of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with the low-impact of water exercises, offering a challenging and effective workout for improving cardiovascular fitness and strength. No equipment necessary and you do not need to be a swimmer for this class. Class cancellations due to incelement weather will be announced through Rainout Line. (SM)Age Category
