Description
Stay strong, mobile, and energized with Ever FLEXED, a dynamic fitness experience designed for active adults. Combining heavy strength training, high and variable intensity interval training, mobility, and flexibility, each class challenges your body while supporting long-term health. It puts the FUN in functionality! Modifications given as needed. Class suitable for all levels. Please bring a mat to class. (SM)
