Sweat it off before you pack it on! Grab a friend or family member and join us to burn some calories before we Gobble 'til we Wobble! This fun and challenging workout will combine weights, plyometrics, core work and manageable cardio exercise in a circuit format. Modifications given as needed, class is appropriate for all levels. Please bring a mat to class. Space is limited so register early! (SM)
