Pumped Up Strength reinvents strength training based on the science of how the body moves to strengthen both muscle and connective tissue at the same time. This functionally efficient, full body workout will challenge your body by improving lean muscle mass and enhancing balance and coordination. Modifications given as needed, class is appropriate for all levels. Please bring an exercise mat to class. (SM)
