This pop up class is a fun way to try Zumba in the water! Aqua Zumba is a low-impact, high-energy aquatic workout that combines Latin-inspired rhythms and dance moves with water resistance, offering a fun and challenging way to get a full-body workout in a pool. You do not need to be a swimmer for this pop up class. (SM)
