Deep Water Running/Conditioning - adults 18+Fridays
June 6 - July 11 *No class 7/46:00pm - 6:45pm
Stedwick Pool **June 20 class will be held at Lake Marion Pool
Exercising in deep water is a great way to tone the entire body, avoid injury and get an aerobic workout. Being submerged to the neck provides more resistance.
There will be arm work using buoys (provided).
Participants should bring their own aqua belt since a limited supply will be available. Swimming proficiency is required.
