Join an electrifying kickboxing workout class that will elevate your fitness to new heights! Sessions are designed to boost your heart health, strengthen your joints, and improve your balance and coordination. Experience this full-body workout that targets your core, upper and lower body. Transform your fitness routine!

Beginners and experienced participants are all welcome. Come enjoy a fun workout while we burn 550-700 calories in one hour!

Guided instruction is provided through every move, and modifications will be provided as needed.
