Shallow Water Aerobics
Wednesday EveningsJuly 16 to August 27
6:00pm - 7:00pm
Stedwick Pool *8/20 & 8/27 classes will be held at Hurley Park Pool
Burn fat while increasing flexibility and range of motion. Improve muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance.This class includes aquatic exercises and interval aerobics and is for swimmers and non-swimmers (head is always above water).
Participants must have a valid MVF Activity Card or purchase a Class Pass.
Bring your own pool noodle.
