Regardless of experience, yoga has been proven to build strength and improve flexibility and balance, as well as help manage stress.
Bring your own yoga mat to all classes (yoga blocks, blanket and strap are recommended).
This mid-week break, taught by Instructor Kirsten Schrader, will get you energized and centered.
