Groove to the beats of Latin rhythms that feel more like a dance party than a workout. That is why you’ll love Zumba! You’ll enjoy this high-energy class set to upbeat music with choreographed dance numbers.

All dance levels are welcome, so jump in! You’ll tone and sculpt your body with routines that feature fast and slow rhythms, resistance training, and fat-burning moves.

If you register after the start date, class fee will be automatically prorated.
