Groove to the beats of Latin rhythms that feel more like a dance party than a workout. This is why you’ll love Zumba! You’ll enjoy this high-energy class set to upbeat music with choreographed dance numbers. All dance levels are welcome, so jump in!

You’ll tone and sculpt your body with routines that feature fast and slow rhythms, resistance training and fat-burning moves. Participants may bring light hand weights (1-3 lbs) for the toning routine (optional).
