Designed for adults of all levels, this class is perfect whether you’re stepping into dance for the first time or returning after years away. You’ll build strength, coordination, and confidence while learning fun, high-energy choreography in a welcoming and supportive space. Come ready to sweat, groove, and feel great!

Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothes that allow freedom of movement—leggings, joggers, or bike shorts with a tank top or tee are great options. For footwear, clean, flat-bottomed sneakers are best for hip hop to help with stability and safe movement. Jazz shoes or bare feet may also be appropriate for some combinations. Most importantly, wear what makes you feel confident and ready to move!
