SUPPLY LIST1. 100% cotton, watercolor paper, 140 lb., cold press. If it does not say 100% cotton on the front, it is a mixture of cellulose and cotton and will not hold heavy layers of water without disintegrating. Available on Amazon.2. Daniel Smith 285610005 Extra Fine Essentials Introductory Watercolor, 6 Tubes. These are made of a single pigment, thus require less paint for the desired outcome in the looser watercolor style.3. Windsor Newton tube Designer’s Gouache, Permanent White 4. Daniel Smith Paynes Gray or Neutral Tint5. A size 6 or 8 & a size 12 round brush, a 1” flat brush and a mop brush. 6. A small spray bottle of water7. 2 large containers for water-1 for clean, 1 for brush rinsing 8. Blue painter’s or masking tape (and a piece of cardboard to tap your paper onto if you are not using a block).9. Black Faber Castel Pitt or Micron pen – fine or medium tip.10. Pencil and eraser11. Paper towels and a pack of tissues12. A palette for holding and mixing paints. 13. Masking fluid with old brush.14. A small hair dryer or heat gun.
