Description

A low intensity class with easy-to-follow choreography that focuses on range of motion and coordination. Movements incorporate all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance. Instructor is ACSM Exercise Physiologist, Elaine Egan.
