This class is a 45 minute low-impact cardio, strength-training fitness class which includes balancing exercises, stability work, resistance training, and stretching. Standing and sitting exercises are utilized - with optional chair support. Class is designed for a moderate, beginner to intermediate level work out. Exercises can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels. Please bring a water bottle to class. Weights and bands are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
All participant program cancellation requests must be made before the registration deadline listed. No refunds will be issued after this time. A $10.00 cancellation fee will be withheld from your refund per program, per participant. Refunds will be processed back to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days unless otherwise noted.
Full refunds (minus credit card processing fees) will only be provided if the Recreation Department cancels a program due to facility conflicts, low enrollment, etc.
Credit card processing/convenience fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Refunds will NOT be issued for unattended classes or weather related cancellations.
