Description

Join us for a candlelight sound bath as you delight in the sounds of crystal quartz singing bowls, chimes, gongs, & other instruments to guide you into a relaxed state. Enjoy the ambiance of candlelight as we focus inward on self-care, through deepening relaxation techniques & connecting to breath. Come disconnect, breathe, and reconnect.
Note: Doors will close and class will begin PROMPTLY at 7PM to ensure the integrity of the experience, so attendees should plan on arriving 10 minutes early. We do not allow late entry. What to bring:-Yoga mat and 1-2 blankets (Limited amount of yoga mats on-site to borrow)-A pillow if that helps you to be comfortable as we will be on the floor. If you struggle with low back pain, PLEASE bring an extra pillow for under your knees.-Bottle of water-Openness to the experience-Eye mask optional
