It's that time of year again where Girl Scouts far and wide gather to have a SMASHING good time! Join us for our 8th annual Pumpkin Smash event at Camp Greene Wood and unite with others in the effort to help divert compostable material from landfills. Composing pumpkins is a great way we can help our planet and why not have some fun in the process? Bring your old pumpkins to compost...and SMASH! You can choose to drop your pumpkin from a ladder or use a hammer to break it into smaller pieces. Keep the fun going by attending our fun Fall Fest either before or after you smash your pumpkin! Participate in various activities that include making a themed craft, adventuring through the forest, playing games, and enjoying a snack around the campfire's glow. Note: This registration includes the free Pumpkin Smash event. A snack will be provided as part of this event. A patch will be provided for registered youth participants. Visit our Council Shop for more Girl Scout swag. This program is designed for families, troops or individuals with an adult chaperone. This is NOT a drop off event. Please follow Girl Scout ratios from Safety Activity Checkpoints. Financial Assistance is available for this program.
