This class will introduce delicious lunch and dinner meals by using affordable rotisserie chicken already cooked and ready to go. Fun, easy, and chef friendly meals. This is a hands-on class where participants will have the opportunity to work the recipes. Please bring a Tupperware container with you to take home the leftovers. Each participant will receive a whole chicken to work with and a recipe book to take home. MATERIALS FEE: A materials fee of $10 is due to the instructor at the start of class.
