In our Middle and High School Cooking class, taught by a professional chef, students will embark on a culinary adventure, learning to cook dishes from cultures around the world! Each class will focus on a different cuisine, where students will get hands-on experience preparing authentic recipes, learning cooking techniques, and exploring the history and traditions behind the food. From Italian pastas to Japanese sushi, Indian curries to Mexican street food, students will gain a deeper appreciation for diverse flavors and ingredients. Alongside mastering cooking skills, they’ll also learn important kitchen safety, teamwork, and presentation techniques. By the end of the course, students will not only have delicious dishes to share but will also develop the confidence and creativity to experiment in the kitchen, bringing a taste of the world to their own homes!
