The Nassau Bay Nauticats offers training and practice groups for swimmers starting at age 5. All swimmers must be able to swim one length of the pool unassisted and may be asked to complete a swim test or try-out. It is the goal of the Nassau Bay Nauticats to offer age specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging and developing each individual to the best of his or her ability. Our annual registration usually runs from late March through mid-April. Our practices begin May 1st and swim meets are Saturdays in June with the last meet July 1. We require all swimmers to swim in at least two swim meets per season.
