This is for all PRE APPROVED Counselors to use and fill out. ALL Campers including your children will use the Camp Appalachia 2025 to Register. As a Counselor, you are at Camp Appalachia for the week to help. You should be where the kids are. You should be fun and smiling and ready to jump in and help whenever asked. This is a week of very hard work! IF everyone helps the work is light. . Let us try our best to be examples for the kids ! As a counselor you will need to report to camp on Saturday, July 12th or NO LATER THAN Sunday, July 13th to set up your class. set up will all be done by Sunday night. No classes should be still setting up Monday morning. At the end of the week, It is expected for counselors to be at camp cleaning up the cabins, mess hall and grounds. Again when the load is shared it makes lighter work. Thank you for deciding to spend a happy and rewarding week here at Camp Appalachia. You will have these memories forever.
