05. BLIND AMBITION: RIOJA EDITION (Thursday, October 2) This special, challenging and fun tasting is devoted to identify the defining features of some of the most famous grape varieties and terroirs of Rioja. In each of the flights, we will first taste a classic representative wine and then we will compare it to other wines to assess similarities and differences due to soil and winemaking factors. This will be an enjoyable learning experience that will help us refine our palates.
