This class will guide you through the essentials of preparing and conditioning your flowers, trimming and maintaining them for long-lasting beauty, and working with sustainable arranging tools that keep both your blooms and the environment in mind. Step by step, you’ll explore how to balance color, shape, and texture in a vase, designing arrangements that feel fresh, modern, and uniquely your own. You’ll leave class with a stunning piece ready to impress your guests and add a touch of natural elegance to your Thanksgiving celebration. Please bring garden shears. All other materials will be provided. The Newark Arts Alliance will retain a $5 cancellation fee if a student withdraws from a class.
