1 Monday, June 9 , 6:00 - 9:00 pm Intro to Linocut Printmaking Taught by Dana Bacon, 18+ $53 Members / $58 Non-member Learn the basics of linocut printmaking. Students will be creating a design, carving it into linoleum, rolling it with ink, and creating a 5x7 print by burnishing it onto a sheet of paper. No experience required! The Newark Arts Alliance will retain a $5 cancellation fee if a student withdraws from a class. Dana lives in Middletown, DE with her husband, two boys, and two dogs. She has been making art of all kinds since she was a child, and linocut printmaking is her latest obsession! She is so excited to share my passion for this art form, and introduce it to those who may have never tried it.
