3 Wednesdays, July 27, 2:00 - 4:30 pm Scenic Painting witth Pastels Taught by Denise Van Deroef, 16+ $98 Member / $108 Non-member Students will learn about the various grades and types of soft ( chalk) pastels and will create at least two scenic paintings on traditional pastel papers during the three session course. Students should be prepared to bring a reference photo of an outdoor scene to the 2nd class. The Newark Arts Alliance will retain a $5 cancellation fee if a student withdraws from a class. Retired High School Art Educator teaching adults since 2010 in a variety of mediums. Frequent exhibitor in NAA Group exhibits and Members Shoppe each month. Holds BFA and MA in Fine Arts. Denise usually works in Acrylic, Watercolors, Pastels and mixed media exploring scenic and nature subjects.
