1 Saturday, July 11, 11:30 am - 2:00 pm Figure Drawing Workshop - Introduction to Figure Drawing Taught by Michele Tilford, 15+* $35 Members / $39 Non-member We'll learn to draw the figure from life, a wonderful way to see forms not limited to humans, but everything in the world around you. We will cover an introduction to: gestures (action drawing), & proportions to get started. All levels welcome. *15-18 year-olds with permission, we will be working with a nude model. Materials required: 8 x24 Newsprint, Vine charcoal, 6B charcoal pencil, Kneaded eraser drawing board The Newark Arts Alliance will retain a $5 cancellation fee if a student withdraws from a class.
