1 Sunday, October 12, 3-7 pm Spooky Mosaic Votives Taught by Terry Foreman, 14+ $56 Members / $62 Non-member Learn to mosaic with stained glass scraps using upcycled jars and bottles using silhouettes of pumpkins, cats, haunted houses, bats, anything spooky. Jars make great tea light holders perfect for lighting up your Halloween decor. We’ll mosaic and grout 1-2 votives in our 4 hr. Session. All materials supplied. Bring a snack if you like. The Newark Arts Alliance will retain a $5 cancellation fee if a student withdraws from a class. Terry has a BA in Fine Arts and over 35 years experience teaching art to all ages and developing programs in the arts. Her most recent work includes mosaics, sewn felt ornaments, collage and graphic design. She has taught art to K-8 in a private school and has created art classes in community art settings for many years. She founded Art to Go, Camp Imagine and organized or painted several local murals.
