Description
Traditional Okinawan Martial Arts teaches self-defense, anti-bullying, self-respect, and respect for others in an environment that has worked for children and adults for over 2500 years. With Golden Sun Karate, a subsidiary of Yamashita Shorin Ryu, you will discover the art of gentle repetition, leading to long-lasting skills. This approach to self-defense has nothing to do with shouting, performing paramilitary exercises, throwing weapons in the air, or being forced to engage in physical exercises that have no relevance to defending oneself well into later years. Discover the art of gentle repetition, leading to long-lasting skills. The cost is $49 for two weeks, giving you or your child a chance to “try it and like it”. The program is taught by an Okinawan-certified 9th-degree black belt with several high-ranking assistant instructors, trained in the gentle art of self-defense.
