This class has been adapted for Advancing Practices of Tai Chi and Qigong. Must be recommended by Instructor before taking the class.
Studies show that practicing Tai Chi helps improve your overall well-being, ease chronic disease conditions, and helps you prevent falls. The movements in advancing practices help you further develop balance, alignment in your body structure, and move more easily. Participants receive both personal and group coaching. Please wear clothing that allows you to move easily.
