That’s where Ulster University Sport’s Youth Golf Strength & Conditioning Course comes in. Over five one-hour sessions in the elite Jordanstown Sport Village, you’ll train just like the pros, building the physical power, stability, and control that transform your game. You’ll be guided by a top accredited strength & conditioning coach with over a decades experience supporting Ulster Branch U18 players and 17 years working with Ulster University’s Performance Golf Scholars, helping golfers develop the same athletic edge seen in the world’s best.
