About this event
For the 10th year, adults can experience the unique and innovative Actor Factory Demo Reel Camp that was previously only offered for Young Performers. Work on your film acting technique, receive coaching from Actor Factory staff, prepare scenes for demo reels, work as a scene partner for other campers, and most importantly, end up with a professional grade demo reel made just for you. SCHEDULE: Wednesday - 7:00-9:00 pm. Receive your camp bags, t-shirts, and scenes for your demo reels, written just for you. Get questions answered, meet up with your teams and start making plans. And get ready for the Film Race! Thursday - 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Focus on your film acting technique with lessons and exercises in the craft. Rehearse your scenes with scene partners. Prepare your film for the Film Race. Friday- Sunday - 12:00 pm - 10:00 pm. Film your demo reel scenes, appear as scene partners in other scenes, and film your short film for the Film Race. TBD-. The Red Carpet Premiere. You and a guest walk the Red Carpet, get a photo on our backdrop, and be treated to a reception prior to a screening of all demo reel scenes and our Film Race shorts on The Factory's giant 10-foot HD screen. You will be emailed your demo reel scenes (one comedy and one drama) plus all of the scenes you appeared in within 2 weeks of camp. You must be at least 18 years of age or older to attend this camp. No exceptions. REFUND POLICY A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your seat in the camp. New this year: PAYMENT PLANS. Choose one of three different payment plan options.
